It was so surprising to know that the Mumbai Municipal corporation is spending Rs. 48 lakhs to buy 42000 litres of deodrant to control the stench from one of its garbage landfills in the city's outskirts. Is it the solutions....well we all know the answer...This shows the blatant wastage of public money and so openly.
How this happens and who on earth comes out with such brilliant is difficult to fathom.
